Payment & Cancellation Policy


Reservation Deposit

A reservation deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required which goes towards the total balance. Once received, your reservation will be considered reserved (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.

Payment

Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellations & Refunds

The reservation deposit and any payments made, minus an administration fee of $100.00 will be refunded in full for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.

For all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will be will be forfeited.
