The private pool (heating optional) with sun loungers and toys has a large extended deck with a hot/cold shower, wall lighting and under water light. The covered Lanai has lighting a ceiling fan, table and chairs for al fresco dining day and night. The bottom third of the pool screen is fitted with 'Florida Glass' for extra privacy. All windows and doors leading to the pool have alarms for the safety of children. Bedroom 1 has a vaulted ceiling and super king size bed, TV, clock-radio, ensuite corner bath (garden tub), large shower, twin vanity units, walk-in wardrobe and hair dryer. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, fitted wardrobe, clock-radio, ensuite with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and hair dryer. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have 2 twin beds, clock-radio and fitted wardrobes. Professionally laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The Villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival and a welcome pack of groceries can be organised if required. Our home is in a great location and very easy to find. The community swimming pool and tennis court is approximately 40 yards away. Champions Gate with shops, petrol, restaurants, takeaways, hair/beauty salons and golf courses are all a short few minutes drive as is Posner Park shopping outlet and the Central Florida Tourist Centre. We are close to all the attractions and just over an hours drive to either the Gulf or the East Coast beaches.
