DESCRIPTION Kitchen includes Dish Washer, Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Micro wave, Coffee Filter, Food Blender and Toaster etc. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Lounge area furnished for your relaxation, ne 42" television with cable channels. DVD player and Video Recorder. There is a DVD/Video rental shop close by should you wish to watch latest releases. Free Broadband Internet connection (plug into Laptop) You may choose to eat in at the Dining area or get a take away locally. There are Chinese and Pizza takeaways close by, as well as Subway and McDonalds. The Lounge area leads out to a screened swimming pool that can be heated during the winter months. As we are not overlooked the Pool area is very pleasant and gets the sun most of the day. The sun sets at the back of the garden with open fields behind. BEDROOMS Master Bedroom - ensuite with tub, walk in shower and twin vanity unit, larger walk in wardrobe, television and radio clock alarm. Bedroom 2 - Double Bedroom, built in wardrobe, pleasantly furnished with radio clock alarm. Bedroom 3 Mickey's Room - Twin bedroom, built in wardrobe, furnished for comfort. Bedroom 4 - Princess Room - Twin bedroom, built in wardrobe, furnished for comfort. Bedrooms 2/3/4 are adjacent to the family bathroom with bath, shower and vanity unit. The Bathroom has separate access to the Pool area. Swimming Pool is in sunshine all day and the pool area has table, chairs and sun loungers so you can relax and enjoy the wonderful outdoors. The garage has space for 2 cars. The Villa is situated on a 1/4 acre plot in a Community setting and has no through traffic and has a lovely open aspect Set on Briargrove, we are off junction 58 of Interstate 4 on County Route 54. There are many excellent Golf Course nearby. You will certainly have a pleasant stay in our Villa and like many of our guests wish to return again and again. You won't be disappointed to find your home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, bed sheets, and linens, all for less than you would spend on one hotel room! Restaurants and grocery stores are within minutes of your home. We are close to all Central Florida Attractions and convention locations.
