This home is an air-conditioned, three-bedroom villa with private pool designed for comfortable contemporary living for six people. The bedrooms consist of a master king room with en suite bathroom together with a queen room and twin room (admirably suited for children), adjacent to a second bathroom. All bedrooms have FREE cable TV. The separate, spacious kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and there is a laundry area leading off with large washer and drier. All bed-sheets, linens and towels are provided. The large, attractive lounge with a more formal dining area boasts FREE wireless internet access, a flat screen TV, with DVD player and has a patio door to the fully lit pool area. Pool heating is available on request and there are ample poolside recliners, chairs and tables for al fresco eating or just relaxing. Our home is located in the quiet lake-side community of Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport within minutes of restaurants, take-outs and grocery stores. All the Central Florida attractions, including Disney, are easily reached by a 15 minute car ride and there are numerous golf courses within three miles of the property.
